Refunds & cancellation.
A one-time purchase, with no recurring charge. Here is how payment questions and refunds are handled.
Refund policy
The operator has not yet supplied a refund policy. No refund window, eligibility condition or non-refundable charge is being assumed. The final policy must be published before any live purchase is offered.
Cancellation
Directory access is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal to cancel. You can leave checkout before confirming a payment. Once a payment is completed, requests concerning that purchase are handled under the published refund policy and applicable requirements.
Use Account & billing to check purchase confirmation and open the provider portal for payment details and receipts when available. A confirmed refund or a payment dispute removes paid directory access in the current billing implementation. Contact support if the status appears incorrect.
Test payments
Dodo’s test environment is for integration testing and does not collect a live payment. A successful test event is not a live purchase or an approval to publish the directory commercially.
Billing questions
A billing support address has not yet been published. It must be configured on the contact page before live sales begin.
