Launchnome is being developed as a fundraising research workspace. These draft disclosures are not a completed purchase agreement. Final seller identification and operating terms must be published before live sales begin.
What the workspace does
The current interface supports funding research, filters, source references and a browser-local shortlist with notes. Shortlist entries and notes stay in your browser; creating an account does not make them an account-backed cloud service. The billing integration is being tested separately.
Research profiles are not endorsements, offers of investment or assurances that a person will respond. Contact routes, investment preferences, eligibility and grant deadlines can change. Check the original provider before applying or making decisions.
Responsible use
Use professional contact routes in context and respect the recipient’s preferences and each destination service’s rules. Do not use Launchnome to harass people, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate others or obtain private information. The current service does not send outreach on your behalf.
One-time directory access
The directory purchase is $49 USD for the first 150 customers, then $79 USD. Availability and the applicable price are checked at checkout; any applicable taxes and the final total must be reviewed before paying. An account or an uncompleted checkout is not a completed purchase.
A confirmed purchase provides ongoing access to the directory with no recurring fee or automatic renewal. This does not promise perpetual data updates or include separate future products. Purchase access is linked to your verified account and remains subject to these terms and the refund policy.
Sources and reuse
Commercial publication of the full directory is under review. A visible source link or professional contact route does not by itself establish unlimited rights to reuse the underlying material.
Where material is expressly provided under an open licence, that licence and its required attribution govern your reuse of that material. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove the rights that the applicable open licence grants. Independently licensed material must be distinguished from Launchnome’s own software and from material whose permissions remain unresolved.
Accounts, billing and changes
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Test billing does not create a live purchase or establish that directory data is approved for commercial sale. Before accepting any future paid offer, review the published price, included features and refund and cancellation policy.
